salam..
on may,2008,
me n my rowing team members,
went to hiked at Bukit Taboh,Ulu Klang..
Bukit Taboh is known as a track for the begginers hikers to train.
it takes about 2 hours to go up,and 2 hours to go down.
gua yg gayat..aisehh
there is a lot of "apek n nyoya"who climb up bukit taboh for their rutin exercices..
i nak bwk miss chantique hike bukit nielah..ha33x
